A volunteer based program committed to fostering continuity in our community by:

• pitching in

• boosting community spirit

• providing homebound senior support

• providing emergency care packages

• providing community disaster awareness and preparedness information and supplies

 

We endeavor to be a bridge that leads to transformation offering everyone an opportunity to contribute for good and effect change.  

 

Our impact is targeted towards mentoring our

neighborhood children, improving the quality of life of  homebound seniors through meaningful interaction, and strengthening engagement by working side-by-side with community leaders and residents to build upon what works.
