WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the complete revelation

of His will for the salvation of men, and the  divine and final authority

for all Christian faith and life.

God
There is one God, Creator of all things and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

But to us there is but One God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; I Corinthians 8:6a (KJV)

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ, Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the final sacrifice for our sins, arose from the dead, ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of His Majesty on High as our High Priest and Advocate.  Hebrews 1:1-3 (NKJV)

The Holy Spirit
The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, convict men of sin, regenerate the believing soul, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living. John 14:26 (KJV)

Salvation
The dying of and shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provides the only justification and salvation for all who believe. Those that receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and become the children of God.

Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)

Future Events

We believe in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Those who have died in Christ will rise at His return. Then, we who are still alive will be caught up with them to meet the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 (NIV)

The Church
The Church is composed of all persons, who having faith in

Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and united together in the body of Christ. 1 Timothy 3:15 (NIV)

Baptism

Water baptism by immersion after accepting Christ as

personal Savior is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life. Romans 6:3-4 (NIV)

Holy Communion

The Lord's Supper is a sacred and symbolic memorial service

acknowledging the death of the Lord Jesus Christ; only true

believers should share in it. I Corinthians 11:26 (KJV)
